Park Place at Heathrow / Marriott Hotel, Lake Mary, Florida - Project Size: 11.4 acre site with 90,000 SF mixed use retail / restaurant / office complex with adjoining 300 room Marriott Hotel / Conference Center. Completed Summer 2002. Site layout, design, and construction plan preparation for all parking, traffic, and pedestrian circulation, grading, stormwater management system, drinking water distrubution and domestic wastewater services.

Vacation Village at the Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida - This project located within Osceola County is a 1200 unit timeshare resort nestled amid a backdrop of conservation areas. The Parkway Planned Development is a mixed use DRI commercial development. The various Vacation Village timeshare developments within the resort form a campus interconnected with nature trail boardwalks and include three major recreation facilities. Davidson Design Group successfully permitted the planned development through full Osceola County and South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) permitting.
